Supporter Raises Funds, Purchases Truck For Mills

Albemarle resident and Baptist Children’s Homes of North Carolina (BCH) supporter Betty Pate raised funds and purchased a refrigerated truck for Mills Home in Thomasville.

The truck allows Mills Home to accept more donated frozen food items redirecting funds to help BCH’s boys and girls with other essential needs.

Since 1885, Baptist Children’s Homes of North Carolina has helped children and families. BCH began with one campus, Mills Home in Thomasville, but now provides services in communities across the state.
