Creating Conditions for Change is designed to support safe environments, strong programmatic elements and a wide-variety of treatment programs and interventions that are trauma-sensitive and developmentally appropriate. It is designed with a child's best interests in mind.

Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) presents a crisis prevention and intervention model designed to teach staff how to help children learn constructive ways to handle crisis. The TCI model for behavior modification strives to help a child learn to manage their emotions and physical outbursts in order to make mature healthy decisions.
