May 6 - May 9, 2020
Fort Caswell in Oak Island to Broyhill Home in Clyde
Are you interested in getting your knees in the breeze for a great cause? Join the fifth annual Ride to Clyde motorcycle charity ride benefiting Baptist Children's Homes of North Carolina (BCH), beginning Wednesday evening, May 6 through Saturday morning, May 9. The ride is a partnership between the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina, which leads this effort, and Baptist Children's Homes.
The route will begin on Oak Island at the N.C. Baptist Assembly at Fort Caswell and end at the Broyhill Children’s Home campus in Clyde. Riders will enjoy two-and-a-half days of riding beginning at the coast and ending in the mountains. The route will take riders along North Carolina’s scenic backroads with stops to interact with children in three unique BCH locations.
All participants are challenged to join in the fundraising effort for Baptist Children’s Homes by seeking pledges for miles ridden or straight donations totaling $100 or more. Estimated distance for the Ride to Clyde is 460 miles. Donations can be made at www.bchnc.org/give-ridetoclyde
