Cameron Boys Camp in Cameron

Cameron Boys Camp is located in Cameron, NC on 902 wooded acres. Since 1980, Cameron Boys Camp has been dedicated to changing lives through a year round wilderness program helping boys and their families over come personal and family struggles.

Camp Duncan for Girls in Aberdeen

Camp Duncan for Girls is located on 700 wooded acres in Aberdeen, NC. This unique, residential wilderness camp provides a year round program helping girls and their families overcome personal struggles.

Care House in Lenoir

Care House in Lenior offers residential services to help four teenage, single mothers learn parenting, vocational and educational skills while living with their babies.

A home-like atmosphere provides supportive relationships to enhance mother and child bonding. Mothers learn skills to assist in day-to-day care, adult living and basic parenting. Davis House in Winston-Salem

Davis House for men and their sister home Hinkle House for women, are jointly located in the historic Bethabara Park area of Winston Salem. Davis and Hinkle House were the first facilities for developmentally disabled adults built and operated by Baptist Children's Homes.

Residents have the chance to experience maximum independence, individual growth and inclusion in their community where they are supported by friends and family. Fancy Finds is MANY things! It’s anupscale resale shop. It’s a service that breathes new life into your timeworn furniture. It’s also an outreach that changes lives! 

Every furniture item and decorative piece at Fancy Finds’ resale outlet is special. Timeworn items have been donated and many repurposed into something beautiful and unique.

Just as new life has been breathed into these items, 100% of the proceeds generated from Fancy Finds variety of services goes to enrich the lives of children, aging adults and families served through Baptist Children’s Homes of NC.

Fancy Finds’ resale store is open the first & third Friday and Saturday of each month starting at 10 am.

The Greater Vision Community Outreach Ministry offers a variety of resources to NC families in crisis through Tucker Greater Vision Outreach Center (coming soon). Services will help provide support and stability to families through food and clothing distribution, health and education programs, and referral and preventive services. 

Headquartered at Baptist Children's Homes of North Carolina's (BCH) Mills Home campus in Thomasville, Greater Vision will provide a statewide outreach to strengthen families and encourage spiritual growth.

Services offered through the Greater Vision Outreach Ministry:
Food and clothing distribution, health and education programs, and referral and preventive services.

Mills Home in Thomasville

Mills Home is the oldest and largest facility operated by Baptist Children's Homes of North Carolina. The residential campus was originally established by John Haymes Mills in 1885 as the Baptist Orphanage.

Since the original establishment, men and women have lived a daily ministry, helping to create a haven of hope for children and their families. This work is possible because of our belief in goodness, our faith in God, and our conviction and experience that lives can be changed. Watch video »

Oak Ranch in Broadway

Oak Ranch offers two group homes providing Family Care residential services. Located on 755 acres of land near Broadway, North Carolina, the program is a unique ranch experience.

Family Care is specifically designed to keep single mothers and their children together. The transitional program provides a goal-focused living environment within a cottage setting. Family Care is specifically structured to help mothers transition to a successful, independent living situation.

Equine Services at the Oak Ranch barn provide opportunities for children and families in care at Baptist Children's Homes various locations across the state.

Smith Home in Marston

The Claude and Lois Smith Family Care Home in Marston, NC is a residential group home for hard-working single mothers and their children. The Smith Home, which opened in Fall 2015, is a part of Baptist Children's Homes' Family Care residential program. 

The Smith Home helps single mothers in northeastern North Carolina by providing a structured transitional environment that promotes relational development between mother and child as well as needed resources to help the family regain control of their lives.

Stegall Home in Marshville

Stegall Home for men is located in Marshville, NC. Our program provides a safe Christian atmosphere with opportunities for spiritual enrichment, nutritious meals, transportation, opportunities for learning and increasing independence.

Weekday Education in Thomasville

Weekday Education child care provides developmentally appropriate programs for children ages six weeks old through the fifth grade in two 5-star rated, state licensed child care centers on the Mills Home campus in Thomasville.

Between the Fleshman-Pratt Education Center and Robert Idol Child Development Center, the program offers full day childcare, part time preschool, before/after school care and Pre-Kindergarten (formerly More At Four) classes. Weekday Education»

North Carolina Baptist Aging Ministry (NCBAM) is a dynamic Christian resource dedicated to serving North Carolina’s aging (65 years and older) and their families. The ministry focuses on providing information and referrals, on connecting the aging and their families with resources to meet needs, and on coordinating practical ministries.

In partnership with North Carolina Baptists, as well as social service agencies, NCBAM provides “help for the journey” while seeking to enable the aging to maintain independence and quality lives.
