Bond Kiser
VP, Staff Engagement & Compliance
Bond Kiser is the Vice President, Staff Engagement & Compliance. She is responsible for the administrative and reporting procedures, compliance, accreditation, statewide licensing, and employee relations throughout the agency.
Kiser joined BCH in 2007 as a Child Care Worker. She has also worked in our IDD ministry as well.
Kiser is a native of Pfafftown, North Carolina. She earned her BS degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1998.
Kiser is married and has two children.
