  3. Click File in the top left corner, then click Options.
  4. In the Options window, click Mail on the left, then click the Signatures… button.
  5. Delete any old signatures first: in the “Select signature to edit” box, click each existing signature one at a time and press Delete. This keeps your list clean.

New Outlook for Windows? If your Outlook looks different, go to Settings (gear icon) → Account → Signatures, then follow the same steps to delete old signatures and add the new one.
  1. Click the Copy Signature button above.
  2. Open Outlook on your Mac.
  3. In the top menu bar, click Outlook, then click Settings… (or press Cmd + ,).
  4. Click Signatures.
  5. Delete any old signatures first: click each existing signature in the list and press the − (minus) button to remove it. This keeps your list clean.
  6. Click the + (plus) button to create a new signature.
  7. Give it a name like “BCH Signature,” then click inside the editing area on the right.

  10. Close the window. You’re done. Every new email will use your signature.
Logo not showing? Make sure you copied the signature using the button above (not by selecting text manually). The button copies the logo image along with the text.
  1. Click the Copy Signature button above.
  2. Go to outlook.office.com and sign in with your BCH account.
  3. Click the Settings (gear icon) at the top right of the page.
  4. In the search box, type signature and select Email signature.
  5. Delete any old signatures first: if you see existing signatures listed, click the trash can icon next to each one to remove them.
  6. Click + New signature, give it a name like “BCH Signature.”
  7. Click inside the editing area and press Ctrl + V (Windows) or Cmd + V (Mac) to paste.
  8. Under Select default signatures, choose your new signature for both New messages and Replies/forwards.
  9. Click Save.
Important: The Outlook mobile app does not support image-based signatures with logos. Your mobile signature will be text only (no BCH logo). If you do most of your emailing on your phone, also set up the full signature on your computer for messages sent from there.

For iPhone & Android:

  1. Open the Outlook app on your phone.
  2. Tap your profile picture or initials in the top left corner.
  3. Tap the gear icon at the bottom to open Settings.
  4. Scroll down to the Mail section and tap Signature.
  5. Clear the existing signature: tap inside the signature box and delete any text already there (including the default “Get Outlook for iOS/Android” line).
  6. Type or paste your text signature. We recommend this simple format:
Your Name, Credentials Your Title Professional Designation (if you have one) Baptist Children’s Homes of North Carolina (m) 828-XXX-XXXX | www.bchfamily.org
  7. Tap the checkmark or back arrow to save.
Why no logo on mobile? Outlook’s mobile apps strip out images and formatting from signatures. This is a Microsoft limitation, not a BCH setting. The text-only version still keeps your communications consistent with our brand.
